United offers a 10% discount off unrestricted mid-week coach fare, 5% off lowest applicable fares and an additional 5% off tickets purchased 60 days in advance.
When making reservations use "Meeting ID# 596QW"

Frontier Airlines offers a 5% discount by making your reservation through their reservation office and asking for "CareFare"


Bus shuttle services between Denver airport and Estes Park

There are two bus shuttle services -

Leaves Denver Airport - 9.00 a.m, 12 midday, 3.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m.
Leaves Estes Park - 6.00 a.m, 9.00 a.m., 12.00 p.m. and 3.00 p.m.

Fares are - $65 round trip, $35 one way
No charge for children under 8
All rates are door to door service.

Reservations need to be made in advance, the phone number is (970)586-1991 or email emeraldtaxi@frii.com. They need to know what airline you will be on, the flight number, and city you are coming from.

If there are 10-20 people for the conference using their service there is a $5 discount, over 20 a $10 discount so let the company know you are going to the Preemie-L conference. When making reservations to leave Estes Park to go to the airport you need to allow a 3 hour time frame.
